Refund Policy

At XproTech Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a refund in the event that you are dissatisfied with our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Service-Based Refunds:

Refunds may be considered for the following services:

  1. Software Development: If the delivered software does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements as outlined in the project agreement.
  2. Application Services: If there are substantial issues with the application maintenance, support, or enhancement services provided by XproTech Ltd.
  3. UX/IX Design: If the delivered designs do not align with the agreed-upon UX/IX requirements and fail to meet the expected standards.
  4. Mobile App Development: If the mobile app developed by XproTech Ltd does not function as intended or fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.

2. Refund Request Procedure

2.1 Notification:

To request a refund, you must notify us in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery or completion of the services. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issues or reasons for your dissatisfaction.

2.2 Cooperation:

We may require your cooperation in troubleshooting, testing, or providing additional information to assess the validity of the refund request.

3. Refund Evaluation and Processing

3.1 Assessment:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will conduct an evaluation to determine if the circumstances warrant a refund based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

3.2 Resolution Options:

If your refund request is deemed valid, we will offer one or more of the following options:

  1. Rectification: We may propose to rectify the issues and provide revised deliverables or additional services to address the concerns raised.
  2. Partial Refund: We may offer a partial refund, reflecting the extent of the issues or shortcomings identified in the services provided.
  3. Full Refund: In exceptional cases where the services have not met the agreed-upon requirements and cannot be rectified, we may provide a full refund.
3.3 Refund Processing:

Once a refund option is agreed upon, we will process the refund within 14 days from the date of acceptance. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Exclusions

4.1 Non-Refundable Circumstances:

The following circumstances are excluded from our refund policy:

  1. Changes in requirements or scope requested by the client after project initiation.
  2. Delays or issues caused by third-party services or products not under the control of XproTech Ltd.
  3. Failure to meet project milestones or deadlines due to client delays or lack of cooperation.
